Completely normal and almost nobody warns you. Three months of structure and adrenaline stops in one evening.

Plan the week after in advance, before you close. Anything. A trip, a project, a class starting. The emptiness is worse when it is unscheduled.

Give it two weeks before you judge how you feel about anything.

It gets easier to recognize but not much easier to feel. I have done twenty runs and I still lose a week each time.
