Script supervisor tracks it. But the good actors track their own big moves anyway because it makes everybody faster.

Pick simple, repeatable physical choices for exactly this reason. If your business is complicated you will not match it.

Ask the script supervisor. That is literally their job and they will be pleased you asked rather than guessed.

Take a photo of your own hands at the start of a take on a phone if it is that kind of scene. Half the cast does this.
