Depends completely on the tier of the house and whether it is a union contract. Ask what agreement it is under, that answers most of it.

Check whether housing and travel are included, because the headline weekly rate means very little without them.

Ask what the rehearsal weeks pay versus performance weeks. That catches people out constantly.

If it is your first, the number matters less than the company. A good house on a modest contract is worth more than the reverse.
