Whatever the instructions say, and they usually say. Eco Cast if it came through Actors Access, otherwise an unlisted link.

Unlisted video link with the title formatted exactly as asked. The formatting matters more than the platform because someone is sorting hundreds of these.

Do not send a file attachment. Do not send something that requires an account to view. Those are the two ways to not get watched.

And check the link in a private window before you send it. I have sent a dead link to a job I wanted and I still think about it.
