Be accurate. Not for moral reasons, for practical ones: wardrobe orders to those numbers and turning up not matching them is a memorable kind of annoying.

Nobody measures you at the audition. Somebody absolutely does notice when the suit does not fit on the day.

Weight is increasingly left off entirely on modern resumes and nobody minds. Height stays.
