Give her something else to ask about. "Ask me what I am working on, not whether I booked" worked on my dad after about a year.

Set a rule and say it once, kindly. "I will tell you when there is news, and no news is the normal state." Then hold it.

I send my parents a short update once a month whether there is news or not. It cut the questions by about ninety percent.
