Actors Access is close to mandatory in the US. Beyond that it depends entirely on your market and your type.

Cancel them one at a time for three months each and see what changes. That is the only way to actually find out, and nobody does it.

Casting Networks matters for commercial in some markets and is dead in others. Ask locally rather than reading national advice.

The submission-service ones where an assistant submits you to everything are almost universally a waste. You are paying for volume in a game that rewards fit.
