It is not reasonable and it is also completely normal. Both things are true and the second one is the one you have to plan around.

Ask for an extension. Genuinely, just ask. It works maybe a third of the time and costs you nothing.

Eleven pages usually means they want to see you handle the material, not memorize it. You are allowed to hold the sides for something that long.

Build the tape setup so it takes four minutes to put up rather than forty. That is where the time actually goes on a rush turnaround.
