Anything with genuinely flexible shifts and other actors already working there. The second part matters more than the first because the culture is already set.

Tell them at interview that you act. The ones who will be a problem about it self-select out immediately.

Whatever it is, do not let it become the thing you are good at and comfortable in. That is the actual risk, not the lost shift.
