I have taken a lot of one-off workshops and two ongoing classes. Do the weekend workshops go on there? Does an online course? I do not want to pad it but I also do not want it to look bare.

Ongoing classes and conservatory work, yes. Name the teacher, that is the part people read. One-off weekend intensives only if the teacher is someone people know.

Nobody is checking, but people do notice when the training section is longer than the credits section and full of one-day things. It reads as collecting rather than working.

A short honest training list is better than a long padded one. Three lines with real teachers beats twelve with none.
