When the first tingle of a blemish occurs, ice the area for a few moments, let the skin warm, then apply one drop of thyme linalol twice a day. There are many types of thyme oil--use thyme linalol only.

The secret to glowing skin

1. Keep out of sun.
2. Moisturize the skin.
3. Drink lots of water everyday. Mineral water, fresh fruit juice and vegetable juices are ideal.
4. Avoid tobacco and alcohol.
5. Maintain a constant weight.
6. Exercise regularly.
7. Be calm and control over anger.
