Default "Working out"

How do you stay in shape?

I lift 5 times a week, and bike 3+ depending on which routine I'm using to workout. I'll get more specific after a few responses I guess.

So, share you work out tips (prior to a workout, and after as well if you want)..

Our office has an its own gym. I workout 3 to 4 times a week. I also watch the food i eat. The hardest part is to flatten my belly.

I go to the gym usually every other day - run about 2.5 miles, bike for half an hour. Plus I have a sit-up schedule - on days that I don't go to the gym, I have to do 75 sit-ups. On days that I do go, I have to do 25.

I try and work out (mostly lifting, xtraining) 3-4 times a week.
Unfortunately when I'm doing a show or a film shoot, my schedule gets crazy and it's hard to get to the gym....
Rising, I like your sit up idea. I'll use that.
When my gym time gets cut, I usually run, but am also going to start biking...

I do Crossfit three times a week. Each day offers different exercises, so I'm never bored.

I think being an actor comes with responsibility to keep your body in certain shape (and also being willing to change things depending on the demands of a role) more than working out, I suggest getting on a nutrition plan that will be conducive to your workouts. Your health is more dependant on what you put into your body vs. what you do out.
