How do actors support themselves?
How do actor's support themselves whilst they are not doing any acting related jobs? They need a flexible job which allows them to go for auditions or take a day off to do a commercial etc. I have been looking for these kind of jobs but haven't had any luck. Any ideas anyone? Any help would be very appreciated!!

Most people wait tables or bartend. People with good educations tend to find jobs as tutors.
You can also find background extra work pretty easily. |
