Hey Everyone!!

I am Estelle Rose, and I just joined this website. I am 16, and interested in acting. I really have no clue about going about this. I am taking acting classes at school and being in school plays and what not...but my goal is to be in movies. I'm really not interested much in being in plays....I would prefer to get filmed by a camera. Please if you read this, reply. Thank you =)

Firstly, I must say I love your signature... I also am one of those who does whatever I can in theater until the day I am in films. I'm sick of theater. I hope everything works out for you. Take whatever courses you can, but if your school theater programs were anything like mine, then you better study off on your own quite a lot, a lot. So, here's to you! May Fate Bless Your Path!

i prefer to do tv and film. i aint done theater and stage in years. i would do it again maybe but i prefer being on a screen

but acting is acting, and no matter what type you do! it will be appreciated by someone (hopefully)

I agree with Ceno. Acting is acting. If you only want to be in movies, then get out of any theatre acting class you are in, and enroll in a class geared specifically for movies. They are two different worlds.

And get yourself a serious hobby, because 99.9% of the time you spend on a movie set is sitting around. I speak from experience. Movies are great for the money....commercials are actually better......but theatre is where you get to act. If you don't enjoy the process of acting, then it's going to be a long, boring, frustrating journey.
