Hello to everyone!
Where do I begin? I have so many questions and so little connections. I have some acting experience but none worth mentioning. Still,some is better than none! I still don't know what I REALLY want to do with my life (career wise) but I can tell you what I don't want to do. Work retail all my life. Struggling and making someone else rich kissing but.
I am so inspired by acting and how people just take me to a new world. Like Christian Bale! That man has powers from the devil. By that I mean he is just that good. The way he looses himself in the character and the hard work he does. I loved him. I want to get into acting. Im from nyc, 22, latina, scared2death but willing to cast that fear down and pursue this dream. Its like a drive.
Im combing the internet for more information on where to and how and who and what. But im scared of the scams. Im scared of being taken advantage of. And my main question is..TO SAG OR NOT TO SAG THIS IS THE QUESTION. What are the pros and cons of joining sag? And why do some casting ppl not want you to be part of a union? I have to many questions..but hope to meet some people like myself out here. God bless and good luck! Thanks
