Yea the movie was a disapointment. Of course so our most movies based on books.

in my opinion the best part of the movie was the scene where he kills Tim Robbins, it was a really good way to show the severity of the will to survive, and the lonliness that is felt at the end of the world.... well... im guessing... ya know?

i thougth the movie was great. all the way throguh it i really couldnt work out how they were going to end it. but the ending was a bit to fast for me. all of a sudden it just ended and everything was ok. it did make me laugh though how the boy managed to survive walking over the top of the hill whilst all the army were more or less destroyed.

I enjoyed it. Except it ended with the same type of ending as Signs, which was a let down.

i HATED war of the worlds lol.. dakota fanning just stood around screaming and tom "im not gay" cruise definately went to my **** list.
