Default Classics or the new stuff?

Are you more of a person for classics, or for the movies that are about to be released? Me myself I am anxiously anticipating The Chronicles of Narnia, but mostly I am a classics guy. I love to watch those movies from the early nineties and the eighties. There is something about them that rocks .

I really really like the old westerns where they are riding around on the horses with the old 6 shooters and all that. Im into the new movies also, but some of the new movies dont really keep you interested like it should.

I mostly prefer classics because there are very few actors that can measure up to the likes of Cary Grant or Marlon Brando.

I LOVE CLASSICS! especially old musicals. oh man.

but I also love recent movies, even if a lot of them are just fluff. if they're funny, I'll laugh. not everything has to have a meaning in life.

I like classics alot as well. It's just the climax and settings that feel so nice watching. Lots of newer movies look too commercial. And I do also like the old wild west style movies, like Good, bad, ugly, and such.

I'm a modern movie guy. Well, not entirely... I will watch things from the mid-90s, but any earlier than that I find myself day-dreaming during the movie as I'm constantly criticizing the older technology and just can't focus.

I enjoy most movies old or new and have no real preferance however I do think the classic movies are in many ways better, hard to describe but they are more memorable, movies today are churned out continually and are quickly forgotten.
