I am 15 and live in N.ireland (United Kingdom). I have always had a passion for acting and drama and want to set my career in that direction. What are the best ways to get started?

Hi,

To get started on the stage, I'd recommend joining a local drama group where you'll have to go to rehearsals, learn lines and perform in front of an audience.

For film and TV, being an extra would be a good place to start as you'd see what the filming process is like AND you'll earn a little bit of money for your time (not to mention the free meals!).

As you get a bit of experience you will be able start work on a CV. This is where I could help you as I recently created a web site and CV for an actor who just got his first paying job!
