Hey guys, first of all i'd like to say hi to everyone. I am going to california for a personal training job, and will try to pursue acting on the side. I was just wondering if anyone has attended Lee Strasberg's school in L.A? I would like to get some opinions on it and other acting schools. I really need some sort of formal training. Im 26, my goal is to be a good actor by the time im 30. Thanks alot. -DOC | ||

Doc, I've heard some chat about it here and there. I guess it depends on the method of acting you are interested in learning and what your past experience is (if any.) I also imagine that they are relatively expensive... Check out Stella Adler theator on Hollywood Blvd. I think that's a nice place for formal training, but I know for sure that this one is expensive. She has a number of INCREDIBLE books out on acting... | ||
