Default Film vs Theatre

I have read books on both theatrical acting and film acting and have learned that each has its unique challenges and that if a person in the profession really wants to fully enhance themselves, they would try both. my favorite book so far is Acting for film by michael caine, because it discusses things I have not learned in my theatre classes.

I've also read that, [i think, or maybe it was Acting for the Camera]. Still, I agree that an actor should try both. I've done theatre for a while. I'm ready for a change.
