It's one of those things that will enhance your results... if you are not currently on a strict weight gain/maintenance diet then there is basically no reason to use it, IMO. It will do very little by itself, it's exactly what the makers call it, a supplement.
Now, aside from having a very limited use. It is a decent supplement. If your goal is to enhance your weight gain experience, then you will see those extra increases.
A few things to keep in mind:
-You have to drink a TON of water while using creatine, possibly up to 100+ oz per day, to keep your body hydrated.
-That increased water intake will make you gain about 5-6 "water pounds" which you will lose immediately after stopping the creatine intake. |
