Hello Everyone! So glad to be joining this forum! My name is Elyse, I am 18 and have no professional acting experience as of yet. My current goals include getting into the Acting and/or Musical Theater and/or Dance programs at my college: Elon University, NC where I will be a freshmen this fall. I have already auditioned for each of the programs once and was rejected. But as many of us actors know, that can't stop us, so I'll keep trying until they are sick of me!
My acting experience only extends as far as my High School productions. And quality though they were, I am sure it is going to be a new, fun and enjoyable experience to work with new people and new directors. I currently also take voice lessons and dance four days a week. I'm totally addicted to performing. I just saw Mamma Mia on broadway in fact and after the show all I could think of was seeing the performers and wanting them to be me. The energy, the enthusiasm, the passion. It's a drug, one with a high that I'll never get enough of! Hope to meet many of you soon!
