Acquaintance with the system of exercises based on the long-term research
into improvisation and spontaneity carried out by IUGTE Creative Laboratory
under the guidance of Sergey Ostrenko.
The research was developed by the team of professional actors, directors,
dancers, choreographers and psychologists with specialization in performing
arts and creativity.
The method of Sergey Ostrenko was elaborated under the influence of various
exercises and techniques of traditional and contemporary theatre training
(Feldenkrais, Alexander, Laban, Pilates, Contact and Structural
Improvisation, Kinetic Environment, Butoh, Tadashi Suzuki, Eugenio Barba,
etc.).
PARTICIPANTS:
actors of dramatic, physical, musical and dance theatre, dancers,
choreographers, senior students of theatre and dance departments.
PROGRAMME: intensive practical work, theoretical discussions and lectures.
