A few weeks ago, I auditioned for Noises Off and on the information sheet I was asked which style of acting I used. Classical, Method, Stansislavsky, other were the choices, but I wasn't sure which one I fit into because I thought most of them blended together. I came to the conclusion that I was a classical actor, which means I prefer the 'outside-in' method of acting. I tried looking online for descriptions of the different styles and how they varied, but maybe you guys know enough about them that you can help me out. I'm curious about other actors' methods of performing, hence this thread.
