One o fmy friends rented 3 disks, andone of them was damaged, so he typed up a note saying the disk was damaged when he received it and sent it back, thinking well nothing is gonna come of it.

Then he gets a bill and netflix demanded he buy the broken DVD, claiming he broke it. He tried calling them and that wouldent resolve anything, he finally gave up and paid. He vowed he would never rent another DVD from them.

I'd stick to blockbuster, they may be more expensive but they have better reputation.
