I'm not familiar with the Tampa area, but I found a place googling for acting classes in Tampa. It's called Patel Conservatory- Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. Under the theater department it lists on-camera classes. Here's a link to the site

I'm thinking of calling the theater dept. of colleges and ask them for acting studios in the area. So far I've had no luck googling for a place.
