I guess all you can do (as said in the previous post) is to keep perfecting yourself. Luck doesn't just happen, you have to put yourself in position to have good luck. I've come to this conclusion in the professional business world. How can one know if they haven't already missed out on their good luck chance by not knowing their material, or having the right skills at some random point? Perhaps you were one drop of sweat from being the next big thing but you weren't in good enough shape to keep that one drop of sweat from breaking through.
