I would say, look at some films that mirror the mafia persona. Personally, I would watch Much Ado About Nothing film version to see a the true nature of Dogberry then put the twist of a mafia nature about it. Just tackle the role with what you have that provided for you in the script. Ask your director for suggestions.


I like Much Ado About Nothing. Our troupe did a performance back in '06 and I played Don Pedro. It was a great opportunity. The '04s twist is interesting. Let me know how this turns out...
