Welcome to the boards! As to your question, something they told us to do at the Meisner Center was to say to ourselves before every performance "I have never done this before and I will never do this again...there is only now."
Now, I realize that's not much of a 'solution', but I feel it's an important thing to incorporate, because if you want to act professionally, you have to do the same 'role' over and over and over again. There's just no way around it. Stick with it though, it'll get easier.
