I think the trick is that when you start feeling uncomfortable, that means you are putting your attention on yourself, instead of on the other person...where it should be. Just refocus yourself. Just accept the fact that you got uncomfortable, and then, without harshing on yourself mentally, just put your attention back on what the other person is saying, or how they are behaving. |
