The way I learned how to memorize was that I write out all my dialogue in one constant run on sentence. (Sometimes more than four pages) And I just memorize it as one long monologue. That way, when it's all memorized, I can just keep saying that monologue over and over again, and I don't need to know the other lines that fall in between. Once it's memorized by rote, everything else just falls into place and I can work off the impulses. |
