Personality actor: Tom Cruise, Matthew McConaughey, (actors who are pretty much the SAME in every role, but have charismatic personalities.)
Character Actor: Johnny Depp, Dustin Hoffman (actors who are COMPLETELY different in every role)
That's my take, at least for mainstream tv and movies. Theatre can be different depending on the size of the production. |
