Well, sorry then i cant help. I would write my own since i am a writer. But if you want an existing piece, then check back into some films you've watched on DVD format. When you hear the monologue you like, turn on the subtitles and jot it down. [believe me writing down from the subs. is much easier than trying to catch every word they say] though through this method you'll have to pause and possibly rewind throughout, to make sure you didnt/dont miss anything.
