Default Re: Fresh Meat Here!

Hey there guys, when looking for an agent, i would suggest just doing some basic searches for some agencies. find some to submit to, and keep submitting every month, they might find something interesting in you that they didnt see the month before. Agents are busy, they'll forget you. keep submitting again and again, but dont haggle them. They're people too. Also, not having an agent doesnt mean that you cant submit your P/R to casting agencies directly on your own. While having an agent is better, you can do this on your own. And my suggestion, when sending your P/R slide it into an envelop that has a clear front where your photo can be seen from the inside. I believe the site of ActorTips has more on this. I think you can order some from them, among other things. If i have the wrong site, tell me, and i'll try to find the right one. They also have a discussion board. Anyway, just keep at it. If someone sees something in your photo, then they'll call you. Also, when doing pictures, i would suggest that it would be best to have a light in your eyes so much that when you print the picture, your eyes are sparkling. The eyes of talents in this business is what sells you. If your eyes can express everything, then you have talent, no matter what anybody says to you. If you can carry a performance, the subtext always readable in your eyes, you ARE an ACTOR!

Hope this helps,
