I use neutrogena foundation because, well... that's the brand that has the color that closely matches my skintone. I think it's mostly important to have a good foundation and good powder... everything else you can buy cheaply. (haha, I use cheap-o dollar eyeliner)... well, and I buy maybelline "blackest black" mascara.
what mascara have you found to be the best for lifting and seperating your lashes? because I see all those ads and comemrcials and I'm not too convinced that the mascara will really do that. |
