Rising

I would love to be a director for something like middle school (junior high). I'm working on my writing skills - currently writing two very different types of plays - but playwrighting will probably (unless I get that good) only be a hobby. However, it seems that the easy money (well, the easier money...what's easy when it comes to theatre?) is in the technical aspects, and I wouldn't mind at all becoming a techie in theatre before becoming primarily an actor.
